Si and Lauren met whilst traveling abroad in 2012 where they quickly discovered a shared passion for food. Within several years of living in England together, Consuming Couple were running a successful food truck. After working in the food truck industry for four years, Si + Lauren made the decision to migrate back to the US where they bridged the gap between the food industry and the digital world in 2019.

Consuming Couple are on a mission to share not only the top foodie spots, but the hidden gems that sit within NYC and beyond. With a focus on global cuisine and story telling, followers and brands alike are sure to discover something tasty!
